Your responsibilities
- Active participation in setting and executing financial and accounting policies of the group and group companies.
- Leading the process of short- and long-term budgeting; monitoring the financial performance of the group and group companies.
- Preparing consolidates financial statements.
- Ensuring effective reporting processes and financial information flow.
- Participating in the creation of corporate governance, development of procedures, and optimization of financial processes.
- Leading and developing financial team.
- Tight cooperation with the tax department to oversee tax and transfer pricing policy and secure compliance.
- Initiating, coordinating, and supervising agreements between related entities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, statutory requirements, and standards.
- Close cooperation with the external authorities, auditors, banks and related institutions.
- Ad hoc financial analysis with special focus on investment case studies.
- Structuring and monitoring the execution of investment projects.
- Strong contribution to long term business development of the group.
Employer requirements
- University degree (master’s degree or Ph. D in finance or accounting).
- Recognized and proved qualifications as CFO or Senior Financial position on a group position (10 years of experience minimum).
- Vast experience in consolidation of different financial data.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Fluent English is a must, other languages are also welcome.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial growth and profitability.
- IFRS knowledge is a must.
- Able to motivate and enhance the performance of its small team.
- Analytical mind with a can- do attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Open personality with very professional approach.
Optional
- Lux Gaap fluent knowledge and ACCA certificate and/or Certified Auditor is nice to have.
- Background in well recognized audit companies would be an additional plus.
