Sales Manager – SE Europe (RO/ BG / GR)

Location: Preferably based in Romania, Bulgaria or Greece

Position:

A fast-growing international fashion company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales and business development in Southeast Europe, specifically focusing on Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece. This is a key role centered on wholesale expansion, client acquisition, and building strong commercial relationships within these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow wholesale sales across the assigned SE Europe region (RO, BG, GR)
  • Identify, acquire, and develop new B2B clients (multi-brand retailers, distributors, agents)
  • Oversee seasonal product contracting and pre-order processes
  • Coordinate daily cooperation with internal teams (logistics, customer service, finance, product) to ensure seamless order execution
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and client needs
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and client meetings
  • Prepare regular sales reporting and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international B2B/wholesale sales
  • Deep understanding of the wholesale market in at least one of the three countries
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to meet sales goals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English (additional knowledge of Romanian, Bulgarian or Greek is a strong advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with a high level of independence and initiative
  • Valid driving license (category B)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Previous experience in the fashion/apparel industry
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
