pOSITION:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in Poland;
  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and establishing sustainable, profitable partnerships with industrial clients;
  • Design and execute ongoing marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s value proposition and visibility among industrial clients and key opinion leaders;
  • Manage relationships with existing clients with a strong focus on upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction;
  • Coordinate closely with the Commercial Director and Branch General Manager, regularly reporting on progress, results, and potential sales strategy improvements;
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and provide after-sales support for technical and commercial issues in Poland;
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, technologies, and industry trends to better address client needs;
  • Assess current and future client needs and collaborate with internal divisions to align budgets and scope of supply;
  • Utilize CRM tools to keep the customer database up to date;
  • Actively manage the supply chain of materials, samples, and products for clients;
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events as agreed with management;
  • Work closely with Technical and Project Management teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction;
  • Coordinate with Group Marketing to align on promotional activities and brand messaging;
  • Develop and deliver polished proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet high standards of quality.

EMPLOYER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction and other relevant;
  • Fluent in Polish and English;
  • Engineering background and success record in sales of industrial services;
  • Good commercial skills both strategic and transactional (establishing & maintaining professional relations; asking for the business, negotiation & closing deals);
  • High attention to customer’s experience;
  • Readiness to do business travels.

  • High relationship capital among decision makers and opinion leaders as well as knowledge of industrial sectors would be very beneficial.
