Our client is an international, dynamically growing group with a production facility located in the northeastern part of Poland.


  • Searching for new sales markets and identifying potential customers internationally.
  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conducting effective trade negotiations and finalizing sales contracts.
  • Developing a sales strategy tailored to market requirements and achieving specific sales goals.
  • Analysis of market trends and competition, reporting of commercial activity results.


  • Experience in working in a sales position, preferred in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to effectively conduct commercial negotiations and finalize transactions.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Russian, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build business relationships and work in a team.
  • Results orientation, independence and the ability to effectively plan time and tasks.
  • Readiness for frequent business trips.


  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an additional advantage.
