New Business Development Manager (Supply Chain Solutions)

Our client is the well-known company working in logistics industry. Currently looking for dynamic and result oriented Business Development Manager with proven ability to drive business growth. Our Client in an innovative organization responsible for optimalization and management of supply chains of leading brands (for example the most know restaurant chain in the world).

It provides its clients high quality and tailored services in everything from procurement and warehousing to distribution and delivery.


  • Monitoring and analyzing the market to identify many new business
  • Seeking potential business growth with current clients and suppliers and serving
    as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns
    promptly and effectively
  • proactively engage with the marketplace in order to help make the brand more
    widely recognized (i.e. participation in conferences, social media, etc.)
  • Approaching customers and building long-term relationships with them
  • Leading sales efforts by developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing
    deals with potential clients
  • Representing Company in tenders, including collecting and processing
    operational data for tender preparation
  • Developing common solutions and calculation bases for tenders for new clients in
    close collaboration with the Management Board and Managers
  • Leading and coordinating the entire customer experience with the company
    throughout all stages of cooperation
  • Assisting the Operations and other departments in the smooth initiation of new
    business ventures
  • Working closely with senior management to align business development activities
    with overall company goals
  • Adjusting strategies and tactics based on performance data and market feedback


  • University degree (master’s degree )
  • Recognized and proved qualifications as BDM, KAM or other Senior Sales Position
  • Strong background in sales but also with proven knowledge of acquiring new
  • Profound understanding of topics related to supply chain, warehousing and
  • A strong, sales driven personality with creative approach and “hand on” attitude
  • Analytical mind with a can- do attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

nice to have:

  • Experience in HoReCa is a plus
  • Other languages are also welcome
