Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for our client – an innovative company responsible for optimalization and management of supply chains of leading brands.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring and analyzing the market to identify new business opportunities;
  • Seeking potential business growth with current clients and suppliers;
  • Approaching customers and building long-term relationships with them;
  • Representing Company in tenders, including collecting and processing operational data for tender preparation;
  • Developing common solutions and calculation bases for tenders for new clients in close collaboration with the Management Board and Managers;
  • Leading and coordinating the entire customer experience with the company throughout all stages of cooperation;
  • Assisting the Operations and other departments in the smooth initiation of new business ventures.

EMPLOYER REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development;
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry;
  • Familiarity with the HoReCa and/or Convenience market is highly advantageous;
  • Commercial mindset, charisma, and a results-driven approach;
  • Outstanding analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in project management skills.
