Your responsibilities:
- Providing support and advisory services to managers to ensure the effective and efficient operation of HR processes.
- Managing the HR BP team and supporting them in implementing the HR strategy across selected companies and business areas within the Group.
- Developing and implementing personnel management strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and performance of business units.
- Initiating and coordinating HR processes within assigned business areas in collaboration with local HR Coordinators.
- Supporting organizational change processes and leading key HR projects in the designated area.
- Participating in the development and implementation of programs for organizational culture, leadership, succession planning, and talent management (for production and support areas).
- Advising and supporting managers in HR policy, employee development, bonus systems, performance management, and goal setting.
- Collaborating with other HR teams to ensure the continuous improvement of tools, systems, and procedures in line with best market practices.
- Providing recommendations and advisory services on labor law, including working time planning and payroll, as well as addressing ongoing challenges in this area.
Employer requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Experience in team management and development support.
- Practical knowledge of HR processes, including managing training programs, building development plans, career paths, and succession plans.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Ability to coordinate workforce budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) enabling fluent communication.
- Business maturity and the ability to provide strategic HR advisory and solve complex HR challenges.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus; commercial sector experience is also welcomed.
- Higher education, preferably in HR, management, or psychology.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with business stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of labor law regulations.
- Problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- A valid category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes, including visits to production sites.
