We are recrutinf for a leading international media group engaged in the production and distribution of both television and cinematic content, as well as the sale of licenses in both domestic and foreign markets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis and forecasting of workforce supply;
- Creating and implementing recruitment strategies;
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the company;
- Responsibility for contracts administration;
- Overseeing and recommending employee performance management strategies;
- Responsibility for budget, payroll and FTEs;
- Close cooperation in the HR area with the company’s foreign branches;
- Responsibility for managing the HR team’s work;
- Coordination of works with external providers.
Employer requirements
- Excellent knowledge of labor law;
- Experience working in a global and diverse environment;
- Interest in the television or digital field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial position or 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner;
- Essential, fluent English language skills both in writing and speaking;
- Preferred experience in the media/marketing/entertainment industry.
