STANOWISKO:

We are recruiting for our Client – one of the world’s largest construction and concession management corporations, operating in multiple markets, including construction, infrastructure, energy, and concession project management, such as highways, airports, and other infrastructure projects.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

Project Budget Control:

  • Develop and monitor financial plans for construction projects, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational budgets.
  • Track actual project costs against forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrective measures.
  • Ensure financial discipline by implementing cost-saving initiatives and improving financial efficiency across projects.

Project Financial Oversight & Reporting:

  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting for each project, ensuring transparency on expenditures and financial risks.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for senior management, detailing budget utilization, variances, and cost projections.
  • Work with project teams to assess the financial impact of potential changes to project scope, schedules, or contracts.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with project execution, including cost overruns, contractual penalties, and revenue fluctuations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, construction industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct financial audits and controls at the project level to prevent fraud and cost misallocation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the financial point of contact for project managers, site teams, and procurement departments to ensure sound financial decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the CFO and other financial departments (treasury, accounting, and consolidation) to maintain financial alignment within the Group.
  • Support financial discussions regarding  external stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Wymagania pracodawcy:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (ACCA, CFA, CMA) are a plus.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial control, with at least 3 years as a finance leader.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Expertise in construction cost control, financial planning, and project risk management would be a considerable added value.
  • Strong understanding of construction project accounting (e.g., cost breakdown structures, WBS, progress measurement) is highly appreciated.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Mile widzane:

  • Knowledge of French highly welcomed.
