Your responsibilities:
- Design and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Strategically Workforce Planning.
- Streamline and standardize HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop transparent and effective communication strategies.
- Employer Branding and Organizational Culture building.
- Ensure HR operations comply with legal regulations.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the management team.
Employer requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional HR experience in a senior managerial position, ideally in a multinational or production setting.
- In-depth understanding of Polish labour regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience in liaising with external partners, including agencies and legal authorities.
- Previous exposure to working in an international corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to combine long-term strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Fluency in both English and Polish is essential.
