Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing all controlling processes.
- Supervising the preparation of the annual budget and long-term plans, along with monitoring their implementation.
- Optimizing cost structures, current asset levels, and financial liquidity.
- Conducting ongoing monitoring and analysis of data, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Preparing short- and medium-term financial forecasts.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for financial matters within the business unit (BU).
- Implementing the company’s financial strategy.
- Contributing significantly to value creation, with a focus on business evaluation from a cash flow perspective.
- Initiating and coordinating discussions with financial and business stakeholders regarding execution and forecasts.
- Supporting the preparation of the BU review for the BU Management Board and reporting to Headquarters.
- Ensuring the professional growth and maintaining a high level of motivation within the finance team.
- Promoting responsibility and fostering awareness within the controlling team through education and development initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Group to prepare standard monthly and quarterly reports for various stakeholders.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses for internal stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinating and preparing financial plans and rolling forecasts in line with the Capital Group’s guidelines.
Employer requirements:
- Master’s degree in Economics or Finance.
- CIMA/ACCA certification is a strong advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing the controlling function.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Solid background in financial planning, economic and financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and cost management within a company with a complex organizational structure.
- Experience in one of the Big Four firms is a significant plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of finance and management accounting.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level, both spoken and written.
- Expertise in financial management software, preferably SAP.
- Strong business acumen and awareness.
- High level of independence in task execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in large organizational structures.
