Your responsibilities:
- Focusing on enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and strengthening employer branding.
- Supporting and coordinating the delivery of local townhalls and leadership townhalls.
- Supporting local HR teams by sharing best practices for delivering action plans.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the chosen vendor and Local HR Teams regarding the engagement survey.
- Assisting in the analysis of surveys at the Group level with the C&B Team and preparing the final results presentation.
- Creating engaging, creative content and delivering clear, effective messaging to diverse audiences.
- Developing and supporting internal initiatives that enhance engagement, such as recognition programs, volunteering opportunities, community networks, and DEI initiatives.
- Crafting and managing a regular internal news section on the intranet to ensure effective and engaging communication.
- Support the creation of the Group EB after project acceptance.
- Being a key advisor for Group HRBP in redesigning onboarding path.
Employer requirements:
- Over five years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally in transformation/change management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand and synthesize complex information.
- Excellent project management skills, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Creative in developing communication campaigns and tools, with strong storytelling and message crafting skills.
- Experience managing intranet content and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of external communication, investor relations, or PR is a plus.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
