Recruitment for international company working in agricultural industry is searching for best sales management talents on the market to ensure providing the best solutions and products to their clients.

Your responsibilities

  • being a team leader that inspires and motivates team members,
  • coaching and feedbacking subordinate higher-level sales managers,
  • increasing sales of different product categories and their market share,
  • implementing company’s strategies and policies,
  • analyzing the economy and proposing solutions to boost sales,
  • taking crucial part in building subordinate region’s strategy.

Employer requirements

  • university degree ( agriculture oriented is a plus),
  • a minimum of six years of sales experience in agriculture/ nutrition / FMCG area is a must,
  • proved team management experience of medium and large teams is a must,
  • responsible approach and creativity in seeking the best solutions,
  • independence ad dynamics in decision making process,
  • intermediate/ upper intermediate level of English,
  • focus on developing and attracting sales talent,
  • confident attitude and ability to accomplish tasks without constant oversight,
  • driving license cat. B,
  • Microsoft fluency and knowledge of CRM systems,
  • willingness to be present at the headquarters once/ twice a week.


  • knowledge of the industry is additional plus.
