The role is based in Poland, having local and Eastern Europe responsibility for the business on the market. This person will be responsible for growth of the business with cosmetics producers and raw material cosmetics distributors. We are looking for an experience person with strong background in setting sales strategy.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
› planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company
in a designated area to achieve sales objectives (sales development on polish, Ukraine and Belarus market ),
› active acquisition of new clients in production and distributors area,
› develop and maintain necessary agents in above stated geography to generate enquiries and business,
› identifying new sales channels on Polish, Ukraine and Belarus market,
› reporting and close cooperation with the President of the company.
COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB:
› a strong background in cosmetics or chemical industry,
› experience in developing business by setting commercial goals,
› ability to actively sell products and acquire new customers – proven success record in sales,
› very good command of English in speech and writing,
› availability for travelling also abroad of Poland ( France, Ukraine and Belarus),
› good interpersonal and communication skills,
› result orientation,
› commitment and initiative,
› a driving license.
