Regional Sales Team Manager

Our client is an international, successful company that works in the animal welfare and nutrition industry. To ensure the best care of their customers they are looking for a Regional Sales Team Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Team management and upskilling the team’s motivation ability.
  • Building strong relationships with regional managers within your region and provide them with accurate feedback, coaching and support.
  • Responsibility for sales policy of all product categories in the region.
  • Market Monitoring and analysis that leads to increasing market share.
  • Reporting on the current trading activities.
  • Creating plans to develop supervised region.
  • Constant communication with other international branches.

Employer requirements

  • University degree (master’s degree zootechnics or related fields is an additional plus).
  • A minimum of five years of sales team management experience in agricultural, FMCG or chemical industry is a must!
  • Prior successes in managing medium sized or large sales teams.
  • Independence, responsibility, creativity and dynamics at work.
  • B2/C1 Level of English is a must!
  • Sense of responsibility for developing talents in your team.
  • Self-motivated individual who can accomplish tasks without constant oversight.
  • Driving license cat. B and Microsoft tools fluency.
  • Openness to travels.


  • Knowledge of the industry is additional plus.
