International Company that sells their products mostly in packaging made of glass. The company has plants in few countries and is searching for Packaging Manager for the whole organization.
Your responsibilities
- supporting Group Supervisor in building the governance of packaging functions in each production location,
- designing and development of new packaging solutions- from glass,
- ensuring cost effectiveness of implemented solutions,
- taking care of packaging technology,
- evaluate and optimize technical drawings,
- monitoring energy consumption and providing eco-friendly innovations to reduce consumption, supporting the plants in continuous improvement,
- development of technical knowledge in the company,
- seeking cost-saving solutions,
- cooperating with packaging manufacturers and internal procurement,
- documenting and testing proposed packaging.
Employer requirements
- technical University degree,
- recognized and proved qualifications in designing new packaging solutions,
- ability to collaborate with cross functional teams,
- prior work in glass manufacturing company, or glass packaging supplier is a strong plus,
- at least 5 years of experience in glass packaging is a must,
- fluent English is a must,
- very good communication skills,
- ability to develop several projects simultaneously,
- independence, responsibility, creativity and dynamics at work.

- proven track in working on Polish and additional markets.
