Macro-Region Sales Manager East

Our client is an international company that works in agricultural industry. They have been present on the market for decades, constantly growing and developing.

Your responsibilities

  • team management and upskilling the team’s motivation ability,
  • building strong relationships with regional managers within your macro-region and provide them with accurate feedback, coaching and support,
  • taking and adjusting the actions in order to ensure sales growth and increase in a market share,
  • implementing sales policy, which is grounded in company’s strategy,
  • market Monitoring and analysis,
  • reporting of the current trading activities,
  • building a strategy how to develop macro-region.

Employer requirements

  • university degree,
  • a minimum of five years of sales experience in FMCG /agriculture/ nutrition area is a must,
  • recognized and proved team management experience and qualifications is a must,
  • very good communication skills and ability to build relations with different stakeholders,
  • independence, responsibility, creativity and dynamics at work,
  • B2/C1 Level of English,
  • ability to attract and develop talents,
  • self-motivated individual who can accomplish tasks without constant oversight,
  • driving license cat. B and Microsoft tools fluency.


  • knowledge of the industry is additional plus.
