Our Client is well known corporations in food processing and production. They have been present on the market for many years, constantly growing and developing many different brands. Currently they are looking for Chief Engineer to oversee production sites and processes in many countries.
Your responsibilities
- working closely with COO to ensure that the goals of the Organization are being met,
- people and production development,
- responsibility for Capex (budget, administration, technical support),
- maintenance policies and implementation,
- reducing carbon footprint and energy consumption and plant continuous improvement,
- overseeing packaging product development and new product development,
- being IT contact for systems, automation, digital security,
- automation plan and implementation,
- development of technical knowledge of the team within the organization,
- solving daily problems related to performance, new projects, etc.
Employer requirements
- university degree (Master’s degree or Ph. D),
- recognized and proved qualifications with similar responsabilities,
- fluent English is a must,
- openness to frequent travels,
- working in international organization with production sites in different countries,
- at least 7 years of experience in similar role,
- very good communication skills and ability to build relations with different stakeholders,
- project Management experience,
- ability to develop several projects simultaneously,
- independence, responsibility, creativity, and dynamics at work.
Optional
- strong background in FMCG industry.
