For our Client we are looking for a Candidate who would like to develop his professional career in an international production company. Our offer is perfect for Candidates that present a strategic approach to the financial area and a strong business orientation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- creation and implementing the company's financial strategy,
- supervision over finance and accounting, controlling and IT area of the company,
- strategical management of the financial processes of the company,
- close cooperation with the management of the company, providing high quality and valid financial data,
- supporting team in crucial, strategic financial decisions,
- cooperation with the mother company in terms of reporting and consistency with group financial procedures,
- supervision over all financial functions such as (but not limited to): annual budgeting, long-term plans, financial liquidity, hedging exchange rate risk and interest rates, cash-flow management, taxes, new investments financing, risk management, reporting, controlling and consolidation processes,
- responsibility for the functioning of internal control,
- contacts and cooperation with the auditor, banks, insurance companies, investors and tax authorities,
- supervision over financial and accounting program.
EMPLOYER REQUIREMENTS
- at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling and IT management for an international production company,
- bachelor’s degree in finance,
- fluent English or German and Polish mother tongue,
- strong business orientation, strategic approach to the financial area together with hands-on approach,
- experience in implementing optimisations in the financial area,
- the ability to work in a dynamic environment,
- high level cooperation and team management skills.
OPTIONAL
- additional professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA),
- experience in internal audit and compliance.
