Job description:
- Manage the CPI Central management software, suggest and develop new applications,
- Provide training and assistance to the quality managers in using our central tool,
- Lead the publication of our Best practices, in constant relations with our plant quality managers to suggest and propose BP to the group,
- Collect data to publish several quality scorecards,
- Propose improvement for the global reporting,
- Conduct internal quality audits,
- Conduct external quality audits,
- Participate in the meeting with some of our key customers.
Requirements:
- Graduated from Quality or Lean management and has 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (from plastic industry will be an added value),
- The candidate has a good knowledge of the lean tools and problems resolution; has a good technical background,
- Applicants must be proactive, must have influencing skills and show very good interaction with people,
- Very good English level mandatory,
- Readiness for business trips – visits to other plants of the Group.
