HR Business Partner Academy

The HR Business Partner Academy is a cycle of workshops with the goal of transmitting knowledge and developing skills that are important for HR Business Partners, who are introducing a new model for the relationship between the HR division and line managers. They also work to increase the HR staff’s input into creating best management practices, developing managers’ skills and overcoming barriers to the company’s effectiveness.

The HR Business Partner Academy includes the following subjects:

  • Understanding the company’s business model and the role of the line manager
  • Problem-solving methods and advising line managers on solving staff and organisational problems
  • HR strategy and its implementation
  • Detailed HR policies and processes
  • Organisational development and people management

The Academy ends with a practical knowledge exam.
