To celebrate the 15th edition of the Global Management Challenge contest in Poland, we decided to distinguish companies which are long-standing members of this project and which both appreciate and use the newest HR development tools, including business simulations such as GMC.
The GMC contest has been held for the first time in Poland in 2000. The previous 14 editions gathered over 25 000 participants from 303 companies and over 80 universities. The project remains the largest and the most cutting-edge business simulation both in Poland and abroad.
The GMC Employers 2000-2014 Ranking included 303 companies which participated in the Polish editions of the contest. The participants competed in teams of employees registered by their companies, as well as student teams sponsored by the companies. Awards were granted in three categories. We also granted a special recognition award to Orange Polska for their record number of attended editions (11), as well as Bank Millennium, who over the course of all the editions registered a record number of 233 teams.
The GMC Employers award ceremony was held on the 30th of June in Warsaw in the premises of BIGRAM. The awarded companies received their statuettes from the President of BIGRAM, Piotr Wielgomas.
