Group Outplacement

A professional activation programme for a larger group of employees subject to downsizing for reasons attributable to the organisation, and resulting from a change to the company business model, structural change, merger or cost optimisation.
Our activities include:
- Workshops on navigating through the job market
- Defining the optimum areas of search for new employment opportunities, defining techniques and rules of navigating through a changeable job market
- Support in the preparation of application documents/marketing documents and methods of self-presentation during job interviews
- Soft skills workshops
- Optional – individual meetings during which we:
- Establish together with the participant the directions of further professional development,
- Improve the participant’s self-awareness of strengths and areas for further development,
- Support the participant in the preparation of application documents/marketing documents,
- Provide emotional support
- Advice on setting up one’s own business
- Job market monitoring – support in searching for and finding the right job offers
- Support in active search for and finding the right job offers
- Promotion of the participants as candidates for jobs: mailing lists and recommendations to potential employees, development of a candidate database
- Consultation centres – Occupational Activation Centres
Group Outplacement is especially useful in situations where a company is forced to adapt and downsize, parting ways with a larger group of administrative employees, manufacturing personnel or specialist employees.
