For our Client – one of the leading FMCG company we are currently looking for:

Compensation & Benefits Manager

Location: Warsaw

Compensation & Benefits Manager is supposed to develop, implement and maintain competitive compensation & benefits system in line with corporate guidelines and policies. He ensures the right level of personnel administration services and timely execution of payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery for Poland
• Recommend, develop and analyse efficiency of variable pay schemes across all functions
• Developing and managing compensation strategy for company, in line with market trends and corporate guidelines and policies
• Managing the daily work of Rewards & HR Services teams
• Leading and supporting company projects related to employees benefits and remuneration
• Collaborating closely with HR BP’s; Finance and other parts of business to ensure proper BP planning and execution
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external services providers, ensuring best offers from benefits providers for the company
• Monitoring changes in Polish remuneration practices, adjusting company payroll procedures, personnel administration and related procedures
• Leading specific HR projects with rewards and HR services background in order to ensure positive impact on the organization
• Managing the performance of own team in order to ensure the achievement of team’s objectives
• Sharing best knowledge and expertise advising on internal promotion
• Delivering proper level of personnel administration service to the organization, to ensure both compliance of internally applied procedures with Polish and EU labor laws and simplicity and effectiveness of solutions related to employment

Basic requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR department (at least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits area)
• At least 3 years of experience in managerial role
• University degree (preferably legal, economy or management faculty)
• Knowledge of and experience in developing effective compensation systems
• Fluent English
• Great analytical skills
